I am simply determined to make myself a wool suit for the upcoming
Fall/Winter season. There are three
different patterns that I keep meaning to start (for the past three years), but somehow it never happens before the warm weather returns.
But this year will be different! I just need to focus on one design and stop being distracted by all of this fabulousness!
That sounds like the perfect cold weather sewing project. I hope it goes awesome for you, and can't wait to see the beautiful suit you'll emerge with.

Somehow, making a suit feels like such a commitment. There's 1950's suit I wanted to make last year and which is now back on my list and two years ago, I made a lovely vaguely 30's style jacket which is still waiting for a bottom...
I don't remember seeing that pattern, but I remember having clothes just like these when I was a little girl. Mom must have used this pattern! How cute!!!
