Meine Liebchen

Please excuse the following love-fest, but I really must express my gratitude to the creative blogging community.  Each day I am amazed by the kindness and thoughfulness of this wonderful group of people.

There are some basic things we all have in common, but there are striking differences as well, and yet everyone comes together to inspire, teach, aid, and praise one another on a daily basis.  I mean, really, we all must be crazy to put ourselves out there, quirks, flaws, and all.

It is wonderful to find such supportive and generous people in the world – especially when one is having a stress-filled week!

Acting my (Vint)age – Katrina makes perfect fitting pants, and I am completely in awe.  She is currently working on a 1940s dress with a rayon button print - my HERO!  And look out for the adorable puppy pics!

Atomic Redhead – Janey's wardrobe is amazing!  Take a look at her perfect 1940s red coat!

Clio & Phineas – Clio makes color-blocking and jumpsuits look effortless.  Seriously, who else could look this great in an orange jumpsuit!?  This fabulous lady makes all of the brilliant contemporary fashion choices I only wish I could get away with.

What’s Up Cupcake? – I actually had the privilege to meet Christine at Mena’s recent Sew Weekly Pattern Swap.  Just keep in mind before you click through that there are a ton of recipes for scrumptious sweets on the blog.  You have been warned!

Zilredloh – Have you seen the polka dot dress that Liz is working on!?  Okay, I take back all of the positive babble – I WANT THAT DRESS!  And if you are in need of the perfect vintage knitting pattern, look no further.
